Windows In A 172 ect

I just pulled home from work and had my both sind windows down fully, pulled in the drive and switched engine off and just listened to the radio for a min, and the when i was getting ready to get out i went to shut the windows and the passenger one didnt go up only the drivers side. Is this right?

I think its the 1st key turn it was on, i cant remeber if i started the car or just turned the ignition again to the second point.

Why would it only work with the drivers side.? Is this the same with all sports?

yup thats right the drivers side one will work without the key in the ignition untill you open the door to get out

yep i hate this, have to move ignition key to 2nd to operate passenger windows. derr

this happens on all clios. good idea for when your windows open, not so good when you have both open.
Wonder if theres anyway of modifying it for both to work like that?

Yep it could be done not worth it for the little effort need to turn the ignition ont to raise the other window.
