Windscreen chip

Hi,
Quick question I got a chip in my windscreen the other night, this was in the 'critical viewing area'. However, this has been repaired today but you can still slightly see the chip. Will this pass the mot or not? I wasn't at home to ask the guy who fixed it, but seems a bit pointless fixing it if it won't go through the mot etc.

Had mine done a few weeks ago by the AA, the guy said they don't guarantee an MOT pass and to be honest, it's now more of a distraction than it was before. Will probably have to get a new screen as the resin blob is almost hypnotising.

if the chip is less than 10mm wide and has no cracks coming off it theoretically it should pass !

Who fixed it - was it Gavin with his special resin?

There was a thread like this a few month ago about Gavin inserting his special resin deep in the crack, i cant find it, was pretty funny tbh

I'd get a new screen at some point anyway. The repairs don't seem to last long & the stuff falls out
