Windscreen Washer Jets

  435D X-Drive
I have already done a search but i am unable to find a soloution to my problem.

I have removed the jets and cleaned them out the best I can.

The water supply is fine so I am sure it is not a faulty pump.

But when I put the jets back on they dont seem to spray at all, well if anything just a little dribble.

I am guessing that i need new jets, has anybody else had this probelm?

And also where do I buy the jets from I cant seem to find them anywhere!

I need this sorted asap driving 50 miles stopping every 5 gets frustrating.

Cheers Adam.

Exact same problem for me, I'm going to do some work on them today, if I find anything, I will post it up for you.

Thanks mate I spent a few hours yesterday trying to clean the jets flushing out the system but nothing.

Hope you find something! :)

Had a look, from what I understand it's my pump, but I can't to the damn thing because the washers won't come off! Typical, so I'll order a proper tool and hopefully get it sorted soon!

There is still water being supplied to the jets its just not getting through them.

Does anyone know where I can buy the jets from?

Had same problem on car I bought recently, bought new jets from eBay £10 and that sorted it, if your having the problem on a 172-182 with headlight washers, swap the pumps they are identical and try that if you suspect the pump but I'd say jets they are very tiny holes and take nothing to block up
