wineing noise

Just got a timing belt kit and water pump fitted and im getting a wineing noise sounds like a super charger any ideas

When driving in general when the revs lift so does.the wine

Sounds like its comeing from the timing belt end it only happened after getting the kit fitted

I'd get it double checked even specialist/renault seam to get these belts wrong mate , because the engine (crank and cam) is fully floating its not as simple for back street garages !

If they haven't got the proper timing tools it can end it tears ! No harm in having them look again !
