Wing mirror glass

My passenger side wing mirror glass is smashed. Brought a replacement one from halfords, yet while trying to get the original mirror off i noticed theres a plastic circuit board underneath. Is that for the temp display and do i need to buy a complete mirror with the circuit board???

Youll probably need to go Reno for the heated replacement glass, its not for the temp display.

I didnt know i had heated mirrors!!! Do they have a switch to turn them on/off or what??

Comes on with rear heated window.
