Wing mirrors

Been on the lookout for a cheap replacement for my Clio II project cars wing mirror......

I just realised today that the wing mirror on my Missus' old shape megane is the spitting image of the one on my 182 road car.

Anyone know if they are actually the same, including the actual fixing; not just the outside?

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but is this the case with the megane with the big bum and the Clio 3 as some t**t has knocked my wing mirror off!
