Winter Wax?

It doesn't have to look good.

Just needs to keep kelt off the paint and last ages as i'm not waxing a car the size of a house every week

476 is better than FK for durability but if its a dark colour expect a cloudy finish with the 476. FK isnt much better really. Both crap waxes IMO, only use it on wheels and door shuts.

If however your not bothered, then 476 is better.

476S is more durable than 845, but I hate using it so tend to opt for 845.

Two layers of 845 will easily see you through Winter anyway, you are talking 5 months, rather than 6... put it on your wheels too :)

I just need something to protect the fresh paint through winter so I've gone with 476S because it was cheap!

What car? Any wax will do. But good luck applyin unless you're inside in a heated garage!

I'll be doing it in a work shop with a massive space heater for company!

Hello and what is going on in this thread.

PS. 476s and FK1000p are terrible for metallic, really dulls the flake.

I used 476 in the end. Looked great on flat black TBH.

Heres hoping it lasts ages.
