Wiper problem

Recently since we've had loads of rain. After a few minutes my wipers stop working so I have to turn them off then back on every few minutes to get them going again. Anyone know what's it could be?

Auto-Wipers or On Pos I/II?

It does it on them all now. If I do it on pos 2 they don't work atall.
