Wire headunit to steering control??

Can someone please help me, does anyone actually know how you wire your headunit to the steering wheel controller, I have the mk1 phs2. if that matters.

yes mate you buy a lead fron a car audio suppliers
then connect it behinde the head up display if you have one if not you connect it throught the back or the sterio loom
