Wiring a sub.

  Clio Dynamique+ 1.4
Hey guys, I'm planning to wire my old Vibe Blackair V12, Active Subwoofer. But was just wondering where is the best place to hide the wires. In my old corsa there was plenty of room under the trim pannels, so much so I didn't even have to remove them or the seats, just a cheeky lift and shove. However I don't think this will cut it with the Clio. Also what is the best way of getting the power cable via the bonnet? Is there a gromit with enough room nearby the battery or am I gonna have to faff about with a drill?

Cheer guys, Ash.

If you look under the coolant bottle in the engine bay and to the right a bit you can feel the bonnet release grommet... or from the inside and looking up the passenger footwell there it a grommet where the bonnet release cable feeds through, if you stick a screwdriver through gently to break the seal on the plastic you can then feed some wire through inside the car to the engine bay... then tape your full length power cable onto that and pull the whole thing through untill you get the cable in.

Rest of the cables just easily rest behind the top of the passenger carpet then run along the plastic sill, just tuck the wires under the sill, then under the rear seat and through to the boot.
