Wiring in a Snooper

I've got a Snooper S3 in my car, though it gets quite annoying having to plug in the cigar lighter power lead everytime you want to use it (plus it doesn't stretch enough and sometimes pulls out!). It came with a lead for hard wiring it into the car. How difficult is this to do? Can anyone explain? Or should I take somewhere for a pro to do?

On my s4 i just used the spring one in my car and put the hard wire on in the van with a cigar lighter end the are only cheap and solder it on or just pull out the cigar lighter and wire it on the back of there

Is there any way to wire it properly, so all the wiring is hiding behind the dash, and the lead pops up by the windscreen? Or am I living in a dreamworld lol!?

no not at all mate, it might be best to take the top part of the the dash off and wire it into the cig light and feed the wire that way.....
