With Air Con On, what should the temp be...

of the air coming out of the vents?

I'm going to see how cold the temperature is tomorrow, i've just had it gassed and its nice and cold now.

I am pretty sure they say 10 degrees below ambient, so if its 20 outside, 10 is aceptable! Generally it will be less than that!

I've got a humidity and temperature sensor which I'm going to borrow from the Royal Navy for a few mins lol.

Just tested. Its 20 outside.

With air con on. 9.5 humidity 63%
Air con and recirc on. 8.8 | 61.3%
Air con off. 23 | 74.7 %

So all seems well. This was taken when parked up.

ive just redone mine with the new gassing machine at college.it should be below 10 but on older aircon systems they can be as low as 2
we did a auidi a4 2002 an that was 2.3 brrr but my gf 2005 mini wouldnt go below 10
the newer aircon systems try an keep a bit of economy to them
