Won't Idle

Any thoughts? Fitted the 64mm bigger bore throttle body (waste of time), engine management light came on and all sorts of issues!!! Refitted original and the car drives fine but will not idle at all, just dies. Unplugged the TB and the idle sits at 1,500 rpm. Does the ECU just need recalibrating??

It shouldn't do but from the sounds of it the adaptive are all wrong meaning a reset is required.
