Won't start 182

Ok so the battery went flat on the 182, just to when the starter clicks. I've charged it up and now the car won't start!! Turning over fine.
There used to be light a constant humming/pumping noise coming from under the bonnet previously when the ignition was on but not any more, could this be fuel pump? I can here the pump under the seat start for a second when I turn ignition on.

Any ideas??

Flashes when I first turn ignition on then goes off.
The symbol with wiggley line going across is on when turning over?!
There was a constant buzz or humming under the bonnet when ignition was on but engine not running prior to battery going flat but it's not doing it now?!
