just finished making the mould for my fibreglass bonnet! this is 4 ply thick and weighs fook all. the bonnet i will use will only be 2ply!

bye bye steel bonnet! haha!

it cost £100 for all the stuff so not bad ! CF ones are like £300

yeah yours will probably blow open when your driving along, also the heat would probably make the paint on it bubble

why would it? its super strong? i always see VX's with no bonnets...
