Wooooing noise when turning

Made this strange wooooo noise a while back before i had my coilovers fitted when i had a broken spring now its back again coilovers fitted and different alloys, no idea what it can be all wheel bolts are tight taken the coilovers off and back on again to check if anything was loose or not put on properly but still nothing , anyone else had this problem.

No that's the strange thing it kinda sounds like its rubbing but its like a soft wooooo noise ill try and get a video it its rather odd.
