Personally I'd always go with full name separated by a full stop, it looks more professional...even if there is only one unlucky c**t called Eugene in the UK.

when i worked for hp i set up dk@hp.com, that was cool

Every company I have worked for has been firstname.lastname@company.com however personally I prefer my Email to be as short and simple as possible.

second initial followed by first initial followed by a 2 digit number.

Once you join where I am now you can pick whatever you want as long as its not already taken to go before the domain.

I went with first.last as that's as good as anything.
