The bolt holding the seats the the floor pan, ive seen stronger soggy card board boxes, just take your time and try not to hang off the end of a breaker bar, plenty of force pushing down or you will round it, get under the car and wirebrush and wd40 the bolt from the underneath. Its behind the spare wheel well, there are two.

Yeah pretty much did all that, it came off without snapping which is allways a bonus.
