Would it be wise to insure a Clio V6.....

Of course.

Isn't it like £5 extra for F&T?

I wouldn't even want to insure one with anything but FC

You want to double check the quotes...as some places charge MORE for 3rd party F&T!!!!!

Fully Comp or don't bother buying something you can't afford to insure and run properly!

if you cant afford the insurance full comp then do you know how much brakes, tyres and general running of a v6 are. its not just buying the car and insuring it its running them if and when things go wrong or need replacing. just my input

If you can afford to replace it then why not, however if you could I doubt you'd be asking. If you can't afford the insurance how could you afford all the other costs? And if it's hypothetical read that again and replace "you" with "one"!
