Would it pass MOT?

Ive asked a while back but I have photos now.

The back wheels scrub basically, and the arches slice maybe 2mm max into the tyre.




you can see in the photos part of the arch is bent back on itself from where the wheels scrub.

what you all think?

im still waiting on the garage to take my car in for repair though. taking AAGES! and the MOT is due on the 4th june. eek

Thats fine, just give me a shout when you know when your going to take it in for its MOT and I can pop them on for you. You might have to keep yours on the front though as I think one of mine has a nail through it which would fail, but I'll have a look at that and let you know.
