Would they fit?????

Just wondering if anyone knows if renault clio alloys would fit on a Saxo?

Reason i'm asking is my mate is having his alloys re-furbed and when he took the car down they said they cant do them as the car is too low to go on ramps, I have got some spare alloys for my clio that he could put on just to get him to work and back, so he could take them off and leave the wheels with them.
