It's neither a V6 spoiler, nor a V6 Trophy spoiler. It's a bog standard double spoiler which was rare from Renault, mainly because it looks shat, it may also be a copycat spoiler which is still shat.

Well i feel you can pull it off as i own one

And mine is genuine renault, can get a part number and everything, as has been said tho its a clio double spoiler and was a factory extra on some of the trophys IIRC more pics on request if you like
But i really like it.
