If u just want power and incredible handling thrown in for good measure.... definitely get a VX220 Turbo (approx £25k)... 0-60 4.7 secs standard.. a simple Superchip will gain another 20bhp and your nearing 4 secs to 60 with a few more tweaks!

£320,000 Porsche Carrera GT will do it in 3.9 secs... so ull be able to give it a run for its money! lol. EVO will be left for dust.

Been serious 27k for a clio is a bit silly but it is a v6! and you really dont get much for 27k in any bmw. Also there as common as a ford focus.

As mentioned earlier the engine is also unstressed and can easily handle more power!!! Which can only mean one thing >>>>>>>> Tuning...

It would be boring if everything was perfect! So it means you have a car that looks awesome and all you have to do is spend more money on tuning if ya wanna it to go faster..

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ what wrx-172 said!! Suspension can be easily changed for huge improvements also.. takes all of an hour to sort out if u really want a firmer ride.

also.. I have a 172 ... but its hardly used, as the V6 is in a completely different league...so yes, it is an every day car. Unless u got 2 taxi ur mates around and need a few extra seats!
