Would You?

Car  EVO VII
Would you ever buy a CAT D car?? it had a front end smash needed two front wings bonnet bumper lights and rad.

He's been completey honest about it and its very cheap. Should i entertain it or not..

I would.

Cat D is the cost was too much of a percentage of the value of the car iirc?

If so it could just be a minor bump but would have involved expensive parts or labour!

If i was buying it from someone who had had it done by the right companies and all the documents were with it including breakdown of costs etc etc to see what was wrong then maybe.
However it would be a cheap runaround to run into the ground ,not something i would buy for a lot of money

What he said!

its a Cup 28k 02 £4995. might go and take it for a test drive, it could be a real bargin or it could be a nail lol :)

i wouldn't myself

suppose it could be cheap but the problem will come when you want to sell it - 85% of people won't touch them so you'll already have lost a proportion of buyers without them even thinking about considering it.

I know I wouldn't buy a Cat D, and like sortedcossie said, this is the policy of a lot of buyers out there, so good luck with the resale if you did buy it.
