Would I be right in thinking that any new car would be better improved using after market performance parts?

All this talk of the Cup being, improved ECU this, and uprated suspension that, and better wheels the other. Yet some Cup owners ask questions about Eibach springs an R-Sports gadgets already.

Same as the V6. Renault have made a "Vastly improved v6" blah blah blah.....

How long will it be before V6 owners are fitting "Better" aftermarket suspension and induction kits etc etc;

I wish a car maker would stick themselves on the line for once and bring othe a car saying "No aftermarket parts could possibly improve this car"

Just think of the cash we would all save......... Towards a Really fast car

Bit like Peugeot going on about how much better the 206 180 is going to be and making it sound really great the, as predicted by everyone but them, bringing out another Cack-mobile that will probably need nothing less than an after market car crusher to improve it.

never happen. Car manufacturers make cars that run on a "give and take" basis. Engine noise "not too" loud

Exhaust "not too" noisy

basically everything is a compromiose, if you wanna see a fairly uncompromised car then go and watch some rallying, and even they have to play within the rules!

Dont think anything is beyond making better, bet even the Maclaren F1 could be improved, even if its just the stereo!

Mods are sometimes just changing thing to a drivers taste rather than making them "better".

hmm the rs focus is a bit of what dash wants

brembos, sparcos, quaiffe diff, garrett turbo etc shame they messed the diff up though, but i like the aftermarket bits on em

Yup, Ecotek, 10k boost and it should start putting out respectable power.

I thought the stereo had been made to strict weight limits like the rest of the car, and cost about £20k! Am I right or going insane?!
