After my brief period with a corsa vxr meh! Never again terrible handling and i am sure the astra would be equally as bad

Because he has seen his driving to make a comment? Oh let's make a judgement on someone we don't even know because he drives a green vauxhall.

So you agree? Good.

I seen this yesterday on Paisley Road West when I was out for lunch.

He was revving it like a ***** trying to get it to pop like most VXR drivers do. Fail.

i agree i hate it there's absolutely no difference in performance whatsoever just a change in colour and they call it a special edition. i personally wouldn't have one but they seem to be insurance and cost friendly for the time being so why not.

Insurance friendly?
I got a quote of 2k (same as an S2000), a Megane 225 is only 1k for me!

Dreadful cars.

One of them PUMPED me in my EK9 in a straight line recently...and tbh I couldn't give a monkeys...

Test drove one when they first came out, dire.

The Corsa VXR is probably one of the worst cars I've ever driven.

The steering is abysmal, they're not that quick out of the factory, and nearly every car at some point will suffer low compression in piston #4.

Astra's on the other hand, are actually alright. With some decent suspension, an LSD, and basic exhaust & map work you have quite a weapon.

Being fast doesnt make it a good car, by any means.

f**k, if that was the case no one would buy RS Clio's, hardly the fastest car out there.

Doesnt matter if it has 240bhp or 440bhp, they are dreadful to drive and the interior is straight out a vauxhall combo 1.7 CDTI.
