Wrapping wiring. what do you use?

  ph1 track weapon
Have stripped the rear from the Clio and now have a load of fairly unsightly wiring lying around, with loose connectors all over the place too.

Was wondering if theres a specific 'wiring wrap' you can buy just to tidy things up a little, or whehter people just use insulating tipe or alike?

Any help much appreciated

Just plain black electrical insulation tape would be your best bet, lats ages, and will just turn loaaads of thinner wires into one smater looking thicker wire

Probably a rubbish idea.. But I always thought if I ever did this I would use some of these cable zip type things.. as below.. Bad idea or not? You decide haha

Black insulating tape is probably your best bet but I'm pretty sure you can get some stuff which you put around the wiring and heat it and it shrinks around the wires which would probably end up looking tidier than insulating tape all wrapped around them.

Me neither....If you track it down post up where as I'm wanting some form tidying up my Surround Sound Wiring in my lounge :)

Going back to my modding days.

Could used coloured braiding which is like mesh that pushes over the wires (if you can get to either end of the wiring to get it on !)

Then heatshrink each end.

I would get some black split loom, Its got a cut in it and just pushes over the bulk of wires like you see some people doing in there engine bays...

The braid self wrap on there looks quite interesting as well though.. never tried it myself.
