Wrong Tyres

  2004 1.5 DCi 80 Dyna
I bought my clio II phase 1 2 weeks ago and have since found out that it has the wrong tyres on, they are 195/45/15 on 15" alloys but should be 195/50/15.

I currently dont have the dosh to change them, would there be a risk to the car if I leave it for another month.

also, what is everyones view on part worn tyres?

impretty sure the only difference to these tyres that are on it and the ones that should be is that they are a lower profile mate shouldnt be no problem aslong as its the same profile all around

tyres are fine mate, no need to change them (unless they are worn)
only difference is that the tyre u have atm are slightly lower profile (tyre 'thinner') than standard.

This is pretty common as they tend to be cheaper but grip well and look better on the car. my standard tyres are 185/55/15 i think but currently run 195/50/15

nothin to worry about mate. enjoy.

part worns are ok if ur short of cash, doesnt matter too much for the rears, but i like a new fresh set on the fronts. just my opinion :)

yeah, the tyres are basically new, so it would be a shame to take them off, does it not affect the suspension? also the spare is the higher (correct) profile, would this be a problem if I get a puncture? I guess it would be ok for limping home.
