wtf is up with my xbox controller

New batteries with just a few hours gameplay, on MW2, my controller disconnects..... but only when I get killed :S

I know it sound stupid, but its only when I die. Battery indicator has 3 bars on it.

I find they 9/10 the batteries show 3 bars. Could be duff batteries which is most likely. Try re-syncing it with consol also

Could just be loose battery pack, one of mine seems to be loose sometimes and fine other times its strange. It used to disconnect on MW2 all the time because when I died I would shake the control a little in a huff and it would disconnect lol.
