xAmp Beta 1.1

Right then, after the huge disapointment of Beta 1 here is Beta 1.1...

As some of you might know that im making a music player with bluetooth for my Final Year Project at uni.

Now ive done quite a lot recently and would like to share with everyone my creation.

The program will have errors here and there, some might require a reinstallation of aswell. however i hope most features will work.

The website is where you can download the program, at the moment it has no navigation and there is only 1 button to press, there is some text about the program on the release news.

NOTE: Firefox users please right click on the centre flash file and untick "Loop", for some reason in IE it works but FF it doenst.

Anywho, any comments, improvements or suggestions are welcome

FYI the same thing happens in Opera as FF.

is that definatly beta 1.1???

i noticed a few things

at start it asks where you music collection is but don't give you a drop down box or a browse button??

then when you do tell it nothing happens

bluetooth doesn't seem to do anything (but that maybe my phone??)

then you can't click tracks in what i think is the play list box

on mine under track title is just a random set of numbers

sorry they are all bad points but looks like it could be a good music player

Beta 1 was a joke and didnt work at all so this is a step forward, hence beta 1.1

This is on the list to sort, its annoying having to type addresses.

Also needs sorted, does change if you refresh the Drive list box however again annoying and needs changing.

What bluetooth dongle have you got and phone? Its so far only been tested with a Microsoft Dongle and the 6680, D600 and 6111 phones.

Also what happens when you try and send a file?

You can click them, so far it only removes the last file loaded into the box, this is also on the list of being sorted.

That is the Length of the current playing file, this wont be seen on the final program however is used to dertermine if the file is still playing or not.

Thanks for testing it, all your points have been noted. Ive been working on it loads recently, so far got the volume working, a proper time elapsed timer, next thing on the list is next and previous songs.

I hope to have a beta 2 version out next week so keep an eye out.
