Xbox 360 - do you have to have marketplace to download new forza 2 packs?

Ive got a basic 360 but sadly without an internet connection.
Is it possible for me to download new 'car packs' using the pc at work onto a USB pen & plug that into my xbox to upgrade that way???

Nope need to have marketplace and you need to purchase most of the extra cars. A few are free.

Actually, thinking i spose i could just take mine round his house & connect it for the evening how much are the points? ive heard that they are releasing a forza platinum pack with all the upgrades on it anyway tho
