xenon beam dropped

today started the car and the left xenon was pointing at around 5-7 meters in front of the car.. the left headlight is new btw and can't figure how come yesterday the beam was ok and now it's not.
and I'm still not sure how the height adjustment works in a mk2 clio, because in a meggy 225 you can see the lights adjust themselves each time you start the car. well this doesn't happen in my case and I know there is an adjuster mounted on the rear axle bunt my lights never seemed to self adjust in any way, and now this problem appeared also

if u look really carefully mate, you can see the beam adjust itself(not so obvious like in the case of the megane 225) but nevertheless there is some adjustment there!
