xenon headlight issue

hi all im having some major issue with my dipped beam when i got the car the lights were different colours so about a week ago i changed the bulbs and they were all fine but tonight i now have no dipped beam all other lights work fine ive checked the fuses and are all good the relay is clicking when i switch them on i also checked there was voltage getting to the bulb im unsure if it is correct but im getting 7 volts when there turned on any help would be great thanks ben

I know it sounds stupid but have you checked the fuse?? not sure if there independent to the other headlight bulbs though? Bit weird how both have stopped working.

ive checked all the fuses and swapped relays over but still no joy
