Xenon headlight

Anyone have any idea why my headlight wont come on ?! It sort of flickers on, then goes out straight away, tried changing the power pack, not sure if i did it properly as it was dark when i tried! Also scratched the hell out of my hands! Could it be the ballast? or the bulb? Any help would be appriciated.

Could be either, check the ballast again can tell when its in right by the feel also check the green wire that goes into it is secure, can only put this is once the ballast is locked in. If not it could the bulb have a look at that, can usually tell if its had it

Yer its the bulb thats blown, took it too a garage yesterday. Thanks for help anyways mate.
