Hi all
my nearside Xenon stopped working this morning (182).
I had a quick look under the bonnet and found that the rubber cap at the back of the light unit had come adrift and there were signs of water on the bits beneath.
From what I read after searching on here, it could be a bulb, ballast or ignitor - all of which would really need the bumber off to fix.
I spoke to my tame mechanic this morning and he says that they can plug into the cars diagnostics to see what the issue is and take it from there without stripping the front off, (although they can't see me until next Saturday, which isn't ideal as it would then be another week after that before it was changed out).
Does this diagnostics check sound correct to you guys?
Any ideas on prices for each of these? (I'm told the bulbs should be replaced in pairs, if thats where the issue lies)
