Hi I have a cup with no xenons. I would like to fit some however without the headlight washers will this fail an mot? Thanks in advance. Terry

No its if they're fitted as standard, they have to work. Allot of testers don't bother with those anyway i've noticed.

My car was factory fitted with xenons and I've taken the washer jets out and replaced with grommets for now.
Don't think they can fail you for something that isn't there.
