xenons now help

right ive got my bumper off looking at xenons ive found out theres nothing wrong with the bulb or the small black power pack on the back of the bulb but still no joy. what else could it be any experiences or suggestions please help thanks.

could be the balast grey box on headlight unit its self

Not being funny but How do you know either aint f**ked, have you swapped left to right?

IIRC it may be the flux capacitor.

yes kev im no expert but i have swapped parts around gutted tobe honest looks like im going to have to bite the bullet and pay a auto sparky to sort it how much is the ballast.
