Xenons or not Xenons?

Car  Clio 182 Cup
I am sure I am going to regret asking this but I cannot work it out. Do I have Xenons in my 182 Cup? I cannot find balasts etc but could be looking in the wrong place.

There must be a quick way to find out.

Thanks

Don't quote me on that by the way, you may well have them if someone put them on prior to you owning it.

Osram Nightbreakers are very good though.

I don't really get why people feel the need to increase the 'brightness' of there headlights.

If you live in a city you don't need them to 'see better' as you are surrounded by street lights.
If you live in the country just use your high beam where appropriate.

He may just want a whiter, crisper light, that would provide better vision directly in front of your car.

I agree though, there is no need to go for rally spec bulbs!

Nightbreakers are good without being silly!

Or just get Xenons
