yahoo tool bar - just go away !!! arrgh !!

How on earth do i get rid of it ??
I installed adobe flash player for a website I wanted to look at yesterday, now there's a yahoo toolbar turned up:S I've right clicked on it & took off the tick so its gone, but every time I re boot its back

do do it get rid permanently ??

start control panel add remove programs, yahoo toolbar uninstall

No, it's installed as a BHO (Browser Helper Object) which attatches itself to explorer.
