What size (diameter/length/thread) cap head bolt did you need for your lower arm mod?

I dont recall now mate sorry, was same thread size as standard (M12 IIRC) but I cant remember what size cap head that was

No worries, M12 is handy - just wanted a rough idea before I tinkered. Did you manage to stop the front wheels rubbing / have to cut or grind anything out? Any idea what the final degree of + caster ended up being?

Was 5 degrees ish mate (depending on front and rear heights of course), and no I would have needed to take more material away than I was happy to in order to stop the rubbing on 205s so I went back to some new cup wishbones instead in the end.

Genuine question - with any suspension changes, tie rods etc, will the camber ALWAYS go back to standard spec?

no after doing any work to do with a component in the suspention setup it is always worth getting the geo checked.
