They are R26 Megane wheels. Obviously the photshop has scaled them to fit. They are 18" rims and would make it look like a bus.

Those wheels, even if you could make them fit, would not make the car look like that. They are 18" rims and would make it look stupid. Pretty picture but it means nothing. The 197 anthracite wheels would be about as big as you'd want (17") but even those wont fit.
