yellow valver front lights

hi there, i saw this on the trader today and wonderd if valvers came out the factory with yellow front lights because ive seen some before with yellow fogs but not the headlamps, heres a pic

why on earth would u want yellow lamps on the front of your 16v

spoil a good car them

y pay for the car when u could buy some of the paint stuff u used to use on ligths when going abrroad then go to somewhere like euro car parts and buy 2 front lights, personally i think its looks sh*te
