Just looking at the video on that site and I have to say I'm slightly confused. If you have to turn your head to move the camera how are you supposed to see the what's on the screen as you will now be facing away from the TV?

Bluetooth, the wiimote is an IR reciever, its tracking the IR LED's on his head. It then transmits this back to the PC and the on screen display is redrawn acordingly.
Its calibrated by the user so a 45 degree head turn to the right may translate to 90 degrees on screen.
