YES NO>? PH2 exhaust fit PH1

As the title says im expanding looking for exhausts-

Does the PH2 172 unit fit the PH1 172 car-

Exhausts are different lengths due to cat changes.

Most aftermarket ones have a sliding joint which is adjustable at the cat end allowing for fitment to both.

I've got a ph2 exhaust on my ph1, fits fine

I put it straight on as I assumed they were the same but it has got a sliding joint which I haven't adjusted

Isn't it something to do with the sensors? If it's got two then a Phase 2 exhaust will fit.

if the ph1 has 2 lambda sensors, it is the same as a ph2. If it has 1 lambda (no post cat sensor) then the cat is shorter and the exhaust longer
