Young drivers in fast cars

  S3, HD Nightster
I paid £1800 for a ph1 at 19, TPFT though so it was a fairly big risk looking back now, but its was truly awesome having a car like that at a young age, used to go out and drive for the sake of it all the time. Its all about the no claims! 22 now and the S3 costs me £750 fully comp (4 years no claims at the start of the policy).

  2005 182 CUP
Elephant just gave me a good deal, £530, with me as main driver (28) and girlffiend added but she only been driving 1 year!

  172, BMW 120 Msport.
I see it as it's only a Clio sport, and paying ££££s isn't worth it. Fair play they are decent cars but there's more out there that's as much fun for a lot less on the insurance.

I had a starlet turbo at 19. 0ncb and cost me £1500 fully comp. And personally it was more of a fun car to drive.

  Pulsar Gti-r,LY 182
postcode definatly has alot to do with it i was 18 with a clean licence and was only 1900 for the gti-r now 20 with 3 years no claims 8 points and a ban and im quoted 1100 fully comp on a 172 cup with mum as a named driver

  200 FF Storm Grey
Yeh postcode is the killer, i rang chris knott I think it was and purely they told me they can't insure a modded car in that region unless I was over 25, so shows how many different factors there is
