YouTube buffering.

I have a slow internet connection 0.5-1mb at best, is there anyway of changing youtube back to it's old buffering way. As now if you pause a video it also pauses the buffering So essentially can't watch anything.

I've looked on Google and downloaded youtube center add on, but doesn't appear to work on Firefox V24.

Doesn't it buffer so far, like at least a good few seconds in?

yeah buffers maybe 30 seconds ahead, if you leave it playing, but it's not enough as it can't load it fast enough to get 30 seconds worth of buffering, used to just pause it, walk off for a while, come back and it would be fully loaded, but can't do that now.
