YouTube question please

I put a video clip onto YouTube and it's of my friend who wants to put it onto his website (not just a link) he wants to embed it into his website (or something like that). Assuming it can be done, does anybody know what you have to click or press to put it onto a website but not linked?

On the right of the video is a description of video your username etc under that is EMBED just copy and paste the text next to that title

That looks like a huge block of text so do they have to copy and paste the whole lot that starts with <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" and ends with type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>

Can I just check that it is the bit that says "customize embed" and when it says 'customise' do I need to do anything other than copy and paste the link?
