Yozza + decat = to loud?

Car  Nothing at the mo :(
Thinking of getting a decat for my yozza. Anygot the same if so is it to loud and does it still pass trackday noise limits.
 
Not too loud for me , but might be for those with sensitive ears , just crank up your radio ;)
 
Yeah it does sound more raspy and is amazing to drive with unless you do loads of motorway miles, and still i just turn music up 3/4 of way and it soon isnt a problem.
I had my decat fitted 2 week ago and had two drives over Staffs Moorlands, Derbyshire Dales and Sheffield and i loved it gunning it.
 
I got yozza with decat, think it tested at about 106db which on most track days is too loud, sounded good though, sounds same now with cherry bomb only its quieter
 
I had the race system with a de-cat, got 2 £30 fines from the cops, runs at about 85-90db on idle, f**king loud but sounds epic!!!
 
dont back out of this.... i want my ears to rumble up to Wales.

We will take the original cat with us incase there is a noise problem which i think is unlikely tbh.
 
I dont think it is that loud. You should be fine at most track days to be honest. Donnington it would more then likey fail but most others say 105db but very few will pull you up for it
 
Silenced de-cat is b****cks, it does f**k all extra seriously dont bother..ive had one with a shitty powerflow system my car originally had which was hardly quiet...

Ive got a Yozza system & Yozza decat and yeah.. its loud :D

but what else would you expect from a decatted exhaust system really?




Damo_Sport - Ill go record a short one now, will have to just be idle and 'revving' cause i have no MOT so cant drive it atm :(
 
On my 172 mine was loud even when not giving it any at all, even worse/better when it was hot after a long trip, thats why i got fined twice!
 
I have YS with silenced decat from NW Performance. I don't think it's that loud. Yozza's sound really loud on idle but die down alot when running. When mine is at motorway speeds imo it's fine.

If anyone is near the NW and wants a spin I'll take you out. As long as you're not an axe murderer or ought.
 
a couple of lads round my way have them... 'beij and wests renault on here'.
i think they sound great but it would be too noisy on a daily drive for me. sounds great for when you want a blast out in it tho.
