Currently got a 182 cup pack with ktec coilovers, im trying to decide wether to go back to standard dmapers and eibach springs or get H&R?
I done a few track days, but in the new year it will be more a weekend track toy car, i know there is a big price difference but not sure whats best option...
Im looking to change my seats to buckets, not bolted to the floor, would be looking at it on sliders.
Which would be better to go for, Futura bimarco or Recaro pole position?
Currently ive got ktec coilovers on my 182 cup pack, wheh i first got them it was to lower the car for road use.
Done a few track days now n the coilovers are not up to it and need somehting better for track, as is mentioned in most of these threads there isnt alot of options for the clio 182...
Im looking for ways to improve the drivability of my 200 cup, imhappy with it but i just think its lackign a little in the lower rev range and could do with being slightly smoother.
Was looking at possibly, remap, different filter, and perhaps matched inlets...

Over the last few months ive had a problem with water on my floor in all the footwells after it rains in my 182, at first was told it could be the drain hole under the scuttle panel, but checked and it wasnt that.
After not being able to find out what the problem is, i booked it into renault...
This has happened twice now, that my car has been sat for a week and when ive come back there has been a puddle in my drivers footwell and under the seat with most of the carpet being damp.
I have no idea how its happening, checked the door seals and no signs of water coming in that way, only...
Currently got ktec coilovers with solid top mounts on my 182 cup pack, lately the steering is feeling really loose and less responsive, and also pulling to the right slightly.
I know its not easy to know without looking but you reckon, bushes, ball joints etc need replacing to stiffen it all...
I currently dont have a splitter fitted to my 200 Cup, was wondering if it was just a case of drilling the holes for both the cup and GT spoiler or is the GT spoiler more complicated then that?
After wanting to go to the ring for ages, decided that last weekend i was gonna make the trip. After reading Jenics trip report, was even more up for going.
There was a VLN race on the saterday afternoon, which only cost 12 euros to get in and was even allowed in the pit lane, which was great...
Just wondering if anyone else has had some issues with the oil level in there 200s, mine seems ok and then one day it is really low, but no oil leak at all. Happened twice now.
Only done 2500 miles

Im looking for 2 sets of tyres, One set for daily everday use and then a track tyre set.
For daily tyres was looking at toyo Proxes 4, Toyo T1R or Michelin PE2?
Track tyres guess would be Toyo R888 or Yoko A048.
Think the size id be going for after asking would be 195/50/15, would that be...
Ive got a set of 15 wheels for track use and still have the standard 182 16 wheels for road use. Was wanting to find out if there would be any problem have the car set up for track on the 15 wheels but then using the 16 for road use? Would the different sizes cause any problems.

Ive been looking at getting the 200 cup lowered slightly on springs but am wondering if it will actually lower it any, as the cup is already lower than standard, or will it just make it higher by changing springs? Prob be H&R!

Was going through the attack we have in my block and came across what looks like 3 williams wheels but was just wanting to make sure if they were, inbetween the spokes its got: SPEEDLINE 7X15 n i think ET36 is that correct?

Im just wondering what my best option is, to get spacers to push the wheels further out or just order a lower offset?
Got O.ZF1 as daily wheels but am looking at getting 2118 as track wheels but could go for the same offset as the f1 and get spacers or go for a lower offset in the 2118...
Gonna be looking at changing my bonnet soon as the standard one is gonna need resprayed n is pretty dented, so would be looking at a lightweight bonnet with aero catches instead. Not after a carbon one though.
Anyone have any ideas where to get a decent one at decent price,

Ive currently got the standard 182 16 wheels on and have got a set of 15 O.Z f1s to go on but am not sure what size tyres id be best putting on?
Dont really want a low profile tyre, cos then wheels will look lost in the arches, was thinkinh either:
195/50 or 185/50

The steering wheel on my 182 is sitting cocked to the left when the wheels are straight but then when i start driving it pulls to the right with the steering wheel still to the left?
Anybody else had this, or any ideas?
Was wondering what poeple thought the best system is for the cliosport, Its either 182 system or the 182 manifold with a 172 system, both aftermarket?:S
Just got my car back from renault garage, went in to get coolant change as was advised that it was not safe.
Had a look at it and it looks exactly te same colour, sort of yellow, thought it was meant to be green colour?
It also is way above the max mark almost at the top hose connection, is...

I more towards flat faced, but havent really seen and performance clios with dished wheels.

Was looking at Recaro Speed, not looking for a full on track seat but one thats good for track and then road!
What about KTR seats or bimarco?
