Meh. Food for thought.
Ok, so i don't currently have the cash to get a custom fitted one.
And i don't live anywhere that building a car pool is feasible.
So what would you say is the best way to combat bird turd while i'm on holiday!?... The mark it left after 36 hours was shocking. If its left...
That looks quality!... i bet your Vee is absolutely mint! <Jealousy>...
Any pics to rub salt in the wound?.. HAve you had the Vee from new?
£200 is a little more than i can afford to pay at the mo! :dapprove:
What do you think?...

Thanks for all your comments...
I wouldn't use it just overnight, I'd mainly be getting it for when i go on holiday, and would probably use it after i've cleaned the car and when we wont be using it for a few days etc. Not that i would but what would happen if you put a cover on an the car was...
Hey people,
Lately I am getting rather cheesed off with the amount of bird/seagul/eagle excrement on the car... one drop on the bonnet was only on for about 36 hours (forgot to wipe it off) and the fu*ker has left a stain on the clearcoat
I'm also going on holiday next week and do not...
Exactly.... Although i have seen and heard good reports of the guy, I will be the CS guinea pig and you can check out the photos etc when i post them... want to try and get as many people out as possible, whether they want de-denting done or not!...
I'll put a post up in the Local Meets Forum...
I'm sure he will be able to sort it mate. He said the only time a bonnet dent is tough to get out is when it is along or very close to the crease, as this is the strongest part of the metal, but even then he said he can get 80-90% reduction. He seems like a perfectionist, which i like! ;-)
Yeah, is always the way isn't it, people say they will come and on the day some drop out. I've never been to a CS meet so hopefully a few will turn up and it'll be a good day!
Ok Guysy... where abouts are you based?
I'm hoping the meet can be mobile and do it at somewhere like Chelmsford or Basildon on one of the retail parks, but that depends on whether the dent man can get a generator etc...
Are there any other Essex peeps out there who would be interested in a de-dent meet? I will post in the meet section when its finalised but just trying to get a rough idea of potential numbers....
This guy does it all... what i have seen he does an awesome job, but I won't be having any paintwork done!...
He had a Jag XKR there that the owner had scratched up putting into his garage, and the paintwork he done looked awesome...
Hey people,
I will soon be having some de-denting done in Essex... The dents range from standard door dinks in the rear and driver side doors, to a "naughty" one (I quote the PDR specialist!) on the passenger door where some cretin rammed a trolley into it as Tesco's in Northampton.
We will...
Poorboys seems good to me, although it is tough to make sure you get it all off!... I know it protects from standard brake dust, but not so sure about your crazy pads?!...
Hi all,
I know the whole cambelt/aux belt thing has been hammered home in the forums but there's just a few things i needed to check/whinge about/ask.
Car is a 54 plate, first registered in January 2005.
Despite reading Edde's service guide for the 182 sometime ago (...
I'm not convinced by the "just lifts off" part!... I know i'll fu*k it up, break clips or do something equally incompetent that will financially rape me...
